I keep reading the religious answerers writing about angels. Also, I read poetry that refers to angels or angelic.

Not at all. It is logically not possible for Jews, Christians and Muslims to speak about the same angels. Rather, it is not possible that they should the same pictures when referring to angels. If that was the case, they would also agree on more weghtier matters than that.

All 3 religions share the angel Gabriel and the same God.

I know a difference(there are some others, maybe, but I don't know)...

For Muslims, angels have no gender! But, I always see that Christians mostly paint women. So I guess, there's a difference.

Little or no emperical information on Angels is available. The few mentions of them in scripture are vague in that they do not give us any information regarding them. All information gathered is observational; such as they appear indistinguishable from us, unless they reveal themselves. They are, in job, similar to the Apostles...since they are messengers of God...while Apostle meand "messenger with authority". Meaning the Apostles got to speak directly for God, and not just deliver a message.
