Ok My Friend Doesent know i like this boy and she gave me his number out of the blue and im WAY to scared to call it becasue his mom or dad might answer the phone! what should i do?

If his dad or mom answers the phone just ask to speak with him

Provided you are old enough to date (14 minimum/ as in Hand holding and maybe a peck on the cheek), and your parents know what you are up to. You two are within the same age group (within 2 years) and you don't have any intentions of doing anything naughty like sneaking out etc.
I would just call and be up front. Parents aren't dumb. They remember having a crush once upon a time. Say something like:
"Hi Mr. /Mrs. Smith, this is Scaredy Cat, I'm a class mate of Cutie. I was wondering if I could talk with him on the phone for a few minutes."
Basically
Hello Mr. /Ms. (Mom, Dad, Bro, Sis, Aunt, Uncle, Nan, Etc.), this is (you). I know (cutie) from (how you know cutie) I wanted to talk to (cutie) about (school, church, extracurricular activity) for a few minutes if (cutie) is available.

Ha I know how it is to be scared to call a guy. heck Im still scared to call guys. When I was younger I would block my number (*67) and call and if a parent answered I would say I was someone else. The better approach would be to have a friend call for you and then hand you the phone when he gets on it

Well, u might want 2 tell ur friend first. If u guys r close, she can help u out alot. Just try it. U'll never know the advice ur friend can give u about relationship problems!

I know right, Just go call him and if his parent pickes up the phone ask them to speack with the guy you like. No big deal.

Oh my gosh who do u expect to answer the phone stop being such a wuss. if his parents answer the phone ask them if you can speak to him and if he's not there tell them your name and ask them if he can call you back. how old r u because you need 2 GROW UP!

a girl gave this one girl my number. she was afraid to call it cause she was afraid my step dad, mom, or sibs would pick it up. but then finally she had he nerve to call me and i picked up cause i saw it was her. see if the guy has caller id and if somebody else picks up pretend your just one of his friends. act cool don't hang loose. if you like him go for it.
