Depends on if you know or trust the guy. Personally, i'd say no. That's your sister, to me, family is everything. Having always wanted a sister of my own, I think sisters are the most precious thing you can have besides your own children. Protect her! Take care of her and make sure she doesn't do anything that could endanger her or the baby. If the guy is no good, keep him away from her and explain to her why you feel that way. She'll listen to what you have to say if you have a strong enough bond with her.

No, I don't think she should move out because I heard way too many cases where the girl lives with her boyfriend then he leaves her and that's the end. She really needs her family with her during this time. If your sister and her bf want to live together, see if you can make arrangements so that the bf can live in your house.
