its all on my calfs and ankles, it looks like dirt, and i used an adobe pad, its abrasive but...i duno, do u think soaking my legs in the bath tub will work with soap in the water? again im not dirty lol...i wash daily, take showers twice a day, my gf doesnt know what it is, when i scratch it, it comes off, it looks like scales...can someone help me please, im kinda embarrassed to go to the doctor like this, and i cant even wear shorts.

If it comes off when you scratch it, have you thought about buying some exfolliating scrub, like something you could use to clean your feet or body? You can probably buy something like that at Walmart or Bath and Body Works. You could also try the bath thing and see if that works. If it is irritated, itchy or sore, I would not recommend the exfolliating scrub, as that could make it worse. In that case, I would recommend seeing a Dermatologist. Good luck!

unfortunately, if it were dirt alone, it would have come off by now. Definitely get it checked by a professional especially if its irritating. It may be anything from a fungus to scabies. Medications should clear it up.

i would try the bath thing and if it doesn't go away just wait couple days then talk to your Doctor!

get thee to the doctor. you probably have scabies. a mite that burrows under the skin. you need medication to get over it. or you could have psoriasis, a type of skin disease. again, see your doctor to get over it.

it's not dirt. go to the doctor. it will just get worse until you're forced to go anyway. good luck.

it may be black heads. try squeezing them.
