that's an amazing question. i like the way you think. but i'm thinking if a burn victim dies, the burns must be sooo bad, that it's probably gotta be worth some kind of discount. i mean, once the flesh is burned, i would think it would be quicker and easier to do the rest. Kinda like puttin precooked meat on the bbq

should be more expensive. normally when job is half done and then send to another place to be completed , they need to do check the demage before proceding to completed the job
