What will remove perfume odor from seat belts without fuming me out ?

I am chemically sensitive and cannot use chemicals to remove
odors.

Steam. Alot of Upholstery Shops have or know of a Steamer that is used on Foam and also is used to clean Farbrics or Textiles.

Try a Mr. Clean "magic eraser"
