I live in Pa. and back in the day I was 21 and my boyfriend was 17. Nothing ever happened to us, I got lucky! We were caught by campus police drinking. Luckily the district justice thought I was to dainty to put in jail! He just gave me a fine. Incidentally, that was 21 years ago and that guy and I just reunited a year ago!
So the moral is, just watch what you do. Lay low with the partying and stuff. Don't piss someone off who might turn you in.

I dunno how the law is over in Pennsylvania but here in California it would be considered Sex with a minor and if you go to jail for that then someone in the jail cell will f*&^ u in the butt!

ya......ahv u evr watched law and order suv...............if u r ovr 18 and she/he is younger thn 18 it is statutory rape. eventhe show is fiction it uses actuall laws not make believe 1s.
