You could download the google toolbar which has an integrated popup blocker.

Go to the top of the screen.To tools&click. Look for pop up blocker. Turn up setting to high.

enable the pop-up blocker in IE (tools>pop-up blocker) or download on of the toolbars from Google or Yahoo or just use firefox

Get Internet explorer 7 beta (and turn on the popup bolcker) or get Opera 9. It really rocks. http://www.opera.com/

google "mozilla firefox" and download and install it it is free and has pop up blockers it will replace internet explorer
