1) Clean feet thoroughly. Bacteria stinks.
2) Check for fungus.
3) Use pleasant-smelling foot spray.
4) Air out shoes in the sun and let baking soda sit in them for a while. If that doesn't help them, get new shoes.

I used to have smelly feet and I found that going bare foot as often as possible helps. You would probably need to buy new shoes too as the bacteria that smells is going to continue to grow if you continue to wear them. Never wear a pair of shoes two days running. Try not to wear shoes for more than a few hours at a time. Often wearing open shoes doesn't help as the bacteria grows in these as well. Keep your toenails and between your toes checked (filed etc) every two to three days. All that helped me and now there's no smell.

No offence meant, but you need to wash at least once a day too, more if you're doing sport/ excerize.

Wash your feet often. and make sure all the socks you wear are clean ones. Also washing you shoes regularly can help. Sprinkling deorderizers in your shoes or baby powder also works. There are sprays for your feet..I've heard that if you put a good smelling lotion your feet and a pair of coton socks on afterward..and leave them on all night- the next day your feet wont smell.. Good Luck

Wash your feet morning and night. Buy a foot powder and put on your feet, and in your shoes. DONT wear the same shoes every day. They need time to breathe. WASH trainers in the washing machine regularly. AVOID nylon socks or tights and CHANGE socks daily. REMOVE shoes and socks when at home and wear open sandals or slippers. If you follow this DAILY you will have the confidence to remove your shoes without being embarrassed.

Make sure the socks you wear are freshly laundered. After showering or bathing use the same anti-perspirant you use on your armpits on the soles of your feet. Most importantly: sprinkle generous amounts of BABY POWDER into your shoes before wearing them. You'll find your feet freshening up soon...no need to amputate.

Your feet could have a reaction to your shoes. Some girls I know can't wear expensive leather shoes or their feet smell, so they have to wear cheap shoes. Other girls have the opposite problem...
..failing that, give em a damn good wash.
