if your wife only wants to have sex with you once a week, its because you really suck at it, and you dont know what the hell you are doing... so, why would anyone else want you?
for your info...my husband and i have sex almost every day... and sometimes more than once a day... so no thanks... i already get mine, and he knows exactly what to do.
maybe you should read some books and find out what women really like. and learn some new tricks, cause whatever it is you're doing, is not working.

she's probably alright about it now but once you start having affairs she may feel differently
she's crazy only wanting it once a week & your crazy for even thinking of going elsewhere unless your marriage is in dire straits anyway.
