Sounds like your need a boat/canoe wedding. Nothing wrong with re-scheduling this beautiful occasion. Don't panic...There is a reason for everything... Maybe this will be your chance to do more details for your wedding... or maybe something else. At any rate a wedding is a beautiful occasion and you don't have to have all the frills to tie the knot.
Do what you think is best and what is in your heart.....postpone so you have all the frills or go forward and have a quickie ceremoney with witnesses and get it over with. Either way your a winner..... You still get to be with the man you love!!! :-)

I feel bad for you and your family.
I would say either go ahead and make the best of the day or reschedule the wedding.
You could go ahead and tie the not at the justice of the peace and when the town is back to normal go ahead and have your large wedding ceremony..
I'm in N.E. Ohio, everything is either flooded or destroyed by the weather right now..

don't put pressure on yourself to have a "perfect" day because that never happens. you can have a good sense of humour about it and make do with the situations you have or you can call guests and ask if you could reschedule for a few weeks perhaps? i'm sure most people will be accommodating. if you have to go ahead this saturday, then try and have a laugh and keep dry in the process. good luck!
