Not necessarily. Just because one believes that God exists doesn't mean that they have to or should believe what he supposedly says. I believe that Bush exists but I don't necessarily believe in everything he says or does.

Not only should we believe God, we should ACT on our beliefs.
God, in the person of Jesus Christ, commands that we are to love one another...in fact, He asserts that this is the true mark of a Christian. The world, He says, will know His disciples by their love.
(He also reminds us that devils believe in God...and tremble...)
