While I have done foreplay in the past with several girls, I haven't actually had sex as I'm still a virgin and waiting for when my current girlfriend is ready because I firmly believe that she is my soulmate, the one I've always prayed for.
Anyways, what will go through my mind and what has gone through my mind in the past is always the following thoughts:
1.) How deeply I love her.
2.) How wonderful and happy and pleasured I want her to feel now and always. I usually put my own desires last as making the girl feel total bliss makes me feel wonderful too.
3.) How amazing and beautiful and loving she is.
3.) Am I a good enough lover for her?
4.) What is she thinking about right now? Does she love me as much as I love her? Am I better than any of her past love interests?
5.) Gee, I hope when she's moaning and has her eyes closed that she isn't daydreaming about another much better looking man. :-(
6.) I want to be with her, love and please her forever. I want to be her one and only, her #1.
Other than that, since I'm a virgin, its mostly nervous thoughts if things were to advance. If the girl in question is a virgin (which it will be in my case) then I also worry about accidentally hurting her and ways I can try and make this our most perfect, beautiful and memorable experience in our lives forever without screwing up since I'm a virgin too. Also, since I saved it for so long, the girl I give my virginity to, I'd have serious thoughts of marriage about because I'd want to be with her and love her like that forever since I did love her enough to give it to her after waiting 20+ years of my life for "the one", my soulmate. Plus I'm just very sentimental and emotionally needy as it is, so whoever I give it to, I'd fall so fast and so hard in love for that I'd want no one but her.
