A make a fruit smoothie a few times a week and I never use yogurt. I will usually combine frozen berries, peach nectar, a banana and a little honey. It is perfect.

I haven't made a smoothie before or not yet anyway but all you have to do is use ice cream I prefer vanilla and mix it with some milk in a blender until you have the right consistory.

I don't know if anyone else has sent this or not, but, I think this is a great smoothie, and it can be regular or low fat/lo cal
2 tablespoons of FF/sugar free jello pudding mix, any flavor
2 tablespoons FF cool whip
1 cup of FF Milk
Place all in a blender, add 6 to 8 pieces of ice, and blend.
You can make any flavor you want. add fruit if you want, and if you don't want FF, make it with regular pudding mix, milk and cool whip.

All you need is milk, ice cubes, and a package of smoothie mix. Add any fruit. I like mine with cucumber chunks and its juice. mix altogether in a blender.
