A girl started a fight with my friend, and my friend won the fight. About 3 weeks later this same girl started a fight with me, and I won. Her parents called the police and told them we started the fights, we are bullying her, we are harassing her, constantly calling her house, spreading rumors about her etc... Her mom is trying to get my friend kicked out of martial arts (shes a first degree black belt) her mom is slandering us and we live in a small town (25000ppl) and our reputation is now on the line because of everything shes saying. My friends mom wants to sue this girls mom for slandering. I'm considering getting a restraining order against her. And she's trying to have charges of assult pressed against my friend and I even though she started the fights. She is lying to the police. I am 16 years old and get along well with almost everyone I know.
What can I do to make this stop? This is crazy now, everything she says to the police is a lie! Is a restraining order a good option?

get a life little girl
stay away from her, don't call or even speak to her
If your old enough to fight your old enough to act like an adult
If you want a restraining order you can apply for one but that does not mean a court will issue one! Proof, proof, proof, no proof no restraining order!

this is nothing to get a restraining order for, your life isnt being threatened is it? right now it is her word against yours and the police wont do anything without any evidence. you probably have witnesses for the fights. you are 16, this is nothing more than a playground fight/ popularity challenge. the police wont do anything unless its criminal, get the school involved. everything happened at school. this is life, not everyone will like you

Was there witnesses to the fights. If not it is her word against yours. There is basically nothing you can do except ask for the restraining order, but you may not get it.
