No, I would still marry them, because each person can have their own beliefs, and not have it interrupt the marriage at all. Religion is something that brings people together, not takes them apart. Besides if the love is true then they respect each others religion, so it would not be a big deal

This depends on many factors: are you of apposing religions? If you're Christian and he's a Satan worshiper I would call it quits now. As long as your religions are somewhat tolerant of one another and you can agree to disagree, then you should be ok.

I am a Born Again Christian. My boyfriend was born Jewish, but doesn't really practice now. It works out nicely for us though because we don't have to fight over who's family we go to for Christmas or Easter.

Also, understand that if you truly believe in your religion you may not be together in the afterlife. Most religions stand firm that their way is the only way and everyone else loses out.

One last thing you may want to consider: children. Most marriages today involve children, so which religion do you raise them in?

Marriage is not to be entered into lightly, so discuss your concerns with the other person. As long as you can agree to follow the same morals and agree on which religion you feel comfortable raising your children in, you should be just fine.

I would not marry someone that was not a Christian or did not have Christian beliefs. It would be too hard for me. They do not have to attend the same denomination as me but must believe in Jesus Christ as the Lord and Savior.

I would not marry someone who does not have the same religion as I do. Marriage is a threesome You, your spouse and God. Without the third, it isn't as strong.

Depends on how important that religion is to that person and if their fiancee is willing to convert. It could be a problem for the relationship.
