♥=The most spectacular, indescribable, deep euphoric feeling for someone.

Love is an incredibly powerful word. When you're in love, you always want to be together, and when you're not, you're thinking about being together because you need that person and without them your life is incomplete.

This love is unconditional affection with no limits or conditions: completely loving someone. It's when you trust the other with your life and when you would do anything for each other. When you love someone you want nothing more than for them to be truly happy no matter what it takes because that's how much you care about them and because their needs come before your own. You hide nothing of yourself and can tell the other anything because you know they accept you just the way you are and vice versa.

It's when they're the last thing you think about before you go to sleep and when they're the first thing you think of when you wake up, the feeling that warms your heart and leaves you overcome by a feeling of serenity. Love involves wanting to show your affection and/or devotion to each other. It's the smile on your face you get when you're thinking about them and miss them.

Love can make you do anything and sacrifice for what will be better in the end. Love is intense, and passionate. Everything seems brighter, happier and more wonderful when you're in love. If you find it, don't let it go.

One word frees us of all the weight and pain of life:

That word is love.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥An inexplainable yet incredibly strong feeling for someone...Most people use the word "love" to get into someone else's pants. Love is overused in today's world, people say they love someone because of the way they look or their body. That isn't love. Love is when you can't do anything without thinking about that person, you always want to be with them. It's not that you want to have sex with them, you just want to spend time with them and you just want to hold them and never let go. Love can be fooling, you can think you're in love and it can lead to the most horrible feeling in the world. Also you can wait so long for someone, loving them, and waiting for them to love you back, but they don't return it for a long time and you spend years thinking and thinking and it tears you up inside but when that person realizes that they love you back it's miraculous. Love is a very strong word, don't overuse it.

Love is a broadly defined concept. Some view it as an emotion we can feel towards a thing or person, and just like any other emotion it's based on chemical reactions and we can grow to be addicted to it. Others look at it like a spiritual journey, much like religion, where you either have "the faith" or you don't. You can have it, lose it, and be reborn to it. And still other people see it as a very abstract thought that can be only shared between two people.

But simply, love is relative. No one person will ever be able to say "This is what love is. All you other ******* are wrong."

Love is learned from life experiences. It first begins with our parents. We learn to love and trust by their actions & support. We take those experiences with us in other relationships. If we were given trust, respect & love we in turn give that to others. Romantic love is one of the greatest loves we can experience. It's passionate, its two souls coming together and its a committment to be there for eachother. Yet it is possible to love someone and not be with them. It happens to many people. Young solders die leaving wives and children. Couples married for years survive after one dies. True Love survives.

I don't agree. Anything that can be felt can also be understood. Claiming love is mystical and unknowable in nature is just a way to rationalize bad behaviour caused by your "love" while simultaniously looking down on people who correctly judge it for what it is.

I agree love cannot be learned, I think the only thing you're missing is experiencing it.
