This machine must have a function of activation and de-activation. This machine should have a telephone socket and we are able to set telephone number(s) and message(s). There will be 1 pair of cables running to the door from this machine. While the door is closed, it is closed circuit and the machine will show normal condition. When this machine detected an open circuit (door is opened), after 10 secs (nobody de-activate the machine), it will automatically dial the phone number(s) and send the messages to the phone (Mobile) to alert the owner their house door is opened.

Many home security system have this feature. While such system are typically programmed to call a "call center," many can be programmed to call any number. Some models can only send digital codes, and some can have voice programmed to announce whatever you recorded.

My suggestion is to visit a home security places and inquire.

I can think of several way to do this from commonly available parts, but I'd hesitate to jerry rig something. When it's needed, it has to work and work exactly as planned.

If you are spending money and energy to do this, I'd suggest doing it right.

Have you consider using a modem to dialout? With a PC, the trigger to dial out is easier.
