I did not know that by me rejecting the offer of coming to a girl's meet would make her embarassed, and not want to call me. Now I am screwed, but today's horoscope said: When you are ready to take the leap, the ground is waiting to hold you. This can only mean that when I am ready to call, it will be a success. Can somebody tell me what to say??

You turned down an invitation to a track meet or something??? Well, just be honest. Call her and let her know that you didn't mean to embarass her, and despite whatever reason you didn't go, you were actually hurt as well because she stopped calling you--but she is the last person you'd want to hurt...just be real with her. Reality always helps the problem. Just don't make up some stuff. I'd appreciate it from you if I were her...

It was smart to read today's horoscope by the way. You aren't an idiot for declining her offer because if you were busy, then you're busy! Now this is what you should say: Hey! I'm sorry I couldn't come today. I was kinda busy. But if you want to, we could go out some other time. Maybe go to the movies?
Or something like that.

What was the reason that you didn't go to the meet? These things are important to women. Okay, sorry, but you need to be spanked. When you call, if she answers, tell you that you are sorry, you didn't know how important it was for her that you support her interests. I hope she gives you a second chance. Otherwise, it's time to move on and learn from your mistake.
