it depends upon extent of power...how much the suggestion is powerful and finally upon what is the existing direction...if i already have right direction,have firm belief that i have the right direction and dont have any doubt on its being right then no matter how powerful u r in giving suggestion u could never change my direction...on the other hand if someone is doubtful about its direction then whether ur suggestion are powerful or not may cause a person to change its direction.
