God is eternal, meaning that He is uncreated, and after all, God made time.
1) Everything that has a beginning is created.
2) The universe has a beginning.
3) Therefore, the universe is created.
1) Everything that has a beginning is created.
2) God does not have a beginning (He IS the beginning, He created time).
3) Therefore, God is uncreated.
God is the Creator, we are the creation. God is eternal, He exists outside of the boundaries of time, God does not need a cause - rather, the creation needs a cause.

God isnt really a human god is like a spirit. And god puts other people on earth to be his human form. That is what I believe. So you should ask someone else about this because me and my friend had the same arguement and I won because god isnt a human and how do u create a spirit, cause a spirit is whats left of a human.

In Quran, God described Him as "Nothing is compared to God" so refering to our rules of reasoning is not valid.
Yet, let us debate this. There is a creator of God, so who created that Creator and so on.
Also, when we seek an answer, we should be seeking a value. So What is the value of this question.
If you know who is the creator of God, would you worship that Creator or are you going still to debate.
I am not trying by any means to offend you, yet I think that our search should be directed to what is beneficial to us.
For example, did we manage to fully be able to understand everything about us or about the feasible in this universe to seek behind it?
Also, I think that a question like "Why did we exist?" and "Are we good for what we exist for". This would be more productive.

a real answer would be that there are an infinite number of ways he was "created" (using your words)
1) God, "may" have been created by man to answer for mysteries that he himself couldnt answer.
2) God, "may" have been created by a higher form of life and left here for our own good.
3) Ok, who created the creator's creator(higher life form)
see where this is going, faith that something greater then yourself and beyond your comprehension exists, can be both annoying as hell but yet curious enough for you to begin your question.
Try explaining how you came to be, to an insect and see what its response is.

The finite mind of a created being cannot comprehend the Infinite Creator that is, and was, and always will be.
As created being you lack the capacity to fully understand what it means to be an Eternal Being.
God did create everything, He doesn't need a creator.

God has always existed. There's just no way for the human mind to comprehend such a thing. To us something has to have a beginning and an end. God is the exception. He has always existed, exists now and will exist forever. (And He does love you and hopes you'll turn to Him before it's too late.)

You're thinking about it in terms of time and space, which are limits that we face as His creation. Picture a timeline: all points of space and time are connected to that timeline. Then picture something outside of the timeline. That would be God: the "uncaused cause." Here's a little visual:
X - God
o-------------------(time & space)---------------------o
God is above, and is not limited by, His creation.
