If you need ideas try the food-network, they have all kinds of great recipes that are great and plenty that are healthy and fun to cook. One of my favorites personally is Rachel Ray she cooks the 30-minute meals. Fast and Easy and even Healthy!! Or you could try "Healthy appetite with Ellie Krieger" best of all she is a food nutritionist. Good luck.

Well if you are looking for vitually fat free you would have to go with some really nicely seasoned veggies bc a good veggie plate is always nice or you can try things like a portobello mushroom or black bean or soy burger. Go veggie shopping, they can be very versatile, it's all up to you. Good Luck!

Chili can be made practically fat free and can be very healthy. Beans, tomatoes or tomato sauce, and seasoning (onion, peppers, etc.). Very easy too.
