When I run the Norton AntiVirus, I get two files (spybouncer) at risk. Although there is an option that I can delete it, it says preferably to let them delete it, but they are not deleted. Can I delete them myself?

Reboot and start in safe mode (f8) then run Norton. It canot delete files if they are in use. Starting in safe mode usually bypasses that problem.

It depends on the file. Your best option is to go to Symantecs.com and ask them how to delete the virus. Are the files system files? I wouldn't delete the files until you research what they are used for.
