Well ask yourself why before you go on the next step, like are you hungrier, or just craving more food, are you more active than usual, are you headed a growth spurt, are you going through a rough or tough time? then go from there, good luck! I just would like more info about your situation before saying if it is ok or not. You say it is hard to resist which sounds like you just like eating the food not necessarily you need the consumption for your physiological needs.

Well 1st stop stressing out. try to calm down and look at your surroundings. Have you recently moved to a new place, seen or heard something that might of upset or scared you? from what you describe in your words your freaking out. i rarely eat 3 to 5xs the amount i eat but usually when that happens im working 2-3 times harder and longer than normal due to my schedule. If you believe its a growth spurt measure yourself every 3-4wks. who knows you might be 6'3" by the time you calm down. If nothing traumatic has happened to you or no significant increase has occured check a doctor.

Consult a dietitian. At your age many girls will be at the peak of growth and need more food. My sister for example is 12. I am almost 17 and she often eats up to 4 times what I do, sometimes eating beyond that.

Nobody should eat 3 times their normal amount. Your stomach is getting used to these great amounts, and will actually grow to tolerate that much food. You should STOP eating that much ASAP, before you blow up like a balloon!
