I don't think British people as a whole are rude. If you take english people they tend to be considered as reserved and not talkative (i.e. to strangers) when compared to, say, the USA or some other European countries (Italy or Spain for example) where people are more outgoing. I've foumd that scottish people are more outgoing and more outwardly friendly than an average english person. Where British people do seem rude is that there is a big yob culture these days and it is pretty ugly.

I regarded on the link, that teach sounds exciting, yet from what i have study there it did not finally end up to be contained in the favour of Islam, did it? The volunteers weren't particularly cooperative, now were they? That tells us somewhat something about it, i wager. for my area, i imagine that is ridiculous to call Britain anti-social. that is so unfaithful. As for alcohol, promiscuity, playing etc, it takes position in each and every society and that is a huge difficulty which desires to be solved, yet i'm no longer effective that Islam is a answer to those. have a glance at Turkey, to illustrate, this is a mundane state. I have not in any respect in my life come for the era of more advantageous human beings eating alcohol as i have considered in Turkey. If it would not artwork in a 50-50 united states, then how is it meant to artwork elsewhere? Turning Britain into Iran or Afghanistan is out of the question and that is going to not in any respect ensue. the real answer to those complications is in human beings themselves and in united states's authorities, no longer in a faith. .

Well I have never been any where else so I can't say for sure but I don't know why people think this. Maybe it is because that is what is portrayed to other countries. On YA, I usually get rudeness from Americans or Scots(I know that's in Britain). It's nothing to do with the place, it is the individuals. I am just wondering exactly what and where you are referring. I mean, if it's somewhere you have been then it may just be that place or that you were simply unlucky. Saying that, people are often surprised that my family are so polite.

Britain has been invaded by anti socialites for years I'm afraid it came with the fall of the Empire. Each culture with its bad little habits and a so called British passports came to the country for revenge and free handouts and would not say thankyou for any thing including free medical help and all they want is more.

I think it's partly a city thing. People are just as rude in New York or Paris as they can be in London.
To generalise about the UK though, the further north you go, the more frendly the people.
Exceptions are Glasgow if you're English.

actually it depends.
people can generally be nice - but it's so varied from area to area, and even within different sections of a city. i actually think they're a lot friendlier than people of most countries i've been in. britons are definitely reserved than other europeans, but there's a healthy community feel....
again this depends. you can get no smile back on certain parts of town, but also people wudn't get off teh bus without thanking the driver! there's courtesy on the roads too..

yes hahahahaha
but i thought it was just me who thought that way, maybe i was getting old, but i even see it in older people, not just young people or children. i have no answer for it. i would love to blame the government hahahahaha but i think it boils down to no respect and selfishness, as if everyone is out for themselves and have their own agenda. perhaps its societies pressures showing or the fact bars are open day and night.

No, I think the US has the corner on being rude. You can't go anywhere anymore without encountering rudeness ... on the highway, stores, doctors' offices, office buildings, etc.
