okay... knowing your age I'd say it's maybe the fact that you grew up in the states... most girls your age have already had sex. it's so prevalent that it's not only rare but inconceivable that a girl has not been involved in sexual activities by this time.
it all really comes down to who you know... if everyone you meet is not a virgin, then you become accustomed to everyone in that age group no being one. and when you do encounter one you need to continuously reconfirm the fact because it is outside the norm.
and while it may seem hard for some guys to believe that a girl is still a virgin it's not unheard of. I've known girls who were virgins at age 25 and 26. like they've all told me, they had sex when they felt like they wanted to, and who they wanted to. once they get a chance to meet a larger group of people, they won't find it so unbelievable. and you won't be finding yourself faced with people who think you're not quite truthful.

lol thats an interesting question, well sometimes just by the way a girl acts u can she aint a virgin, but some other girls mainly the really hot ones, guys consider them not virgin beucase they wonder: "how can a girl like that not have done it?" Hope I helped u
