I have died my hair several times and I know thats bad? I just copped off most of my hair to get rid of the fried ends. Then I just highlighted it and I also blow dry it and straighten it. So it's not wavy and kinky? How do I do this and not keep distroying my hair so it will grow back thick and heathly again and not keep breaking off?

For a deep conditioner, I use The Body Shop Poppy Seed Oil Reviving Mask and it does wonders. My hair is really fried from the ocean/sun and I use it twice a week. It really helps.

You can repair your hair but you'll need to take good care of it. Buy hot oil treatments and deep conditioners and leave them on as long as possible at least 1/2 hour. Only blow dry your hair twice a week (you're gonna have to wear it in a pony tail sometimes) and if you can go to a salon and ask about a deep conditioning treatment it should cost about $10-$20. I don't recommend highlighting maybe you can do something like Color Expert by L'Oreal it has the color and highlights included you can add a few highlights around your face but not streaks of bleach all over your hair.

some inches lower than your shoulders is considered lengthy hair. Being as such it would not look to augment because it already has length. ingesting water will probable help (hair reflects someone's well being) also multivitamins (I have heard that prenatal supplements are sturdy for hair and nails - yet i have not shown - verify with a well being care service before you attempt something drastic when you consider that overdosing on supplements may reason well being subject matters) in case you hate the coloration of your dyed hair - reduce it off and commence over. in case you pick to maintain a lengthy coiffure enable your mom comprehend that you attempt to get rid of the dye and choose a haircut on an conventional foundation - compromise and bypass to a more cost-effective hair position for the conventional cuts (barbers are many times more cost-effective and would trim hair actual adequate) Pay for the cuts your self in case you want to. also comb your hair from the bottom and then artwork your way up, this can shrink chop up ends.

Next time you get your hair cut ask your hair dresser to recommend a moisturizer for your hair.

Even if it is just highlights it is still hair dye and is damaging to your hair so I also suggest staying away from hair dye and highlights all together.

Also heat is not the best for your hair either. So whenever possible let your hair air dry.

If you're going to keep dying your hair then use an intensive conditioner for coloured hair. If you can't go without drying and straightening the buy a heat protecting spray. I use Tigi Catwalk Fashionista Smooth and Shine Spray.

it seems that your hair does not agree with what you are doing with it... if you MUST continue to color you hair, you have got to keep it conditioned. don't be afraid to try different shampoos and conditioners until you find what works for you. also, try not to blow dry and straighten your hair a lot. the heat wears your hair out too!

when i had that issue, i let it grow out to a length that i was willing to wear then got it cut. my hair wasn't color treated for like a year. it had time to recooperate from the color and heat damage. i do have highlights now... but i do just what i suggested. condition and alternate hair styles.

Take prenatal vitamins. They will help with your skin, hair, and nails. It helps to blow dry with the dryer pointed downward as well. Use hair masques. But dying and blow drying will always damage your hair.

Umm....If you are white dont braid it, your hair will end up breaking. Go to a beauty store, and buy some cholesterol, it works wonders, use it every night, and if you want long healthy hair, dont dye it.
