I love them ,if so what was your reaction when you tasted of the meat.And buffalo wings does not count.

They are a lot more tasty than burgers ever get a chance try one.When the population ever gets to a big number maybe the price will drop.

I liked it. It's very lean and healthy. Wish it was a bit more affordable, but I think that will come with time.

Yes, a couple of years ago while I was on vacation in Colorado. The tour bus made a shopping/eating stop in this town (don't remember the name) and this little cafe had them so I headed straight over to try one. It tastes pretty much like a beef burger to me except it's leaner and therefore drier. I would certainly have it again but I think I prefer a fatty beef burger. I did try buffalo pastrami once...had it with a Dos Equis...that was yummy!

Buffalo tastes much better than beef. It is also better for you.
If you like the burgers, you should try Buffalo steaks and use
Buffalo meat for barbeque.
And I agree with Short Stuff. Go Boulder CO.

Ive never had a buffalo burger, but I used to eat buffalo steak all the time. Its my favorite meat.

Yes I have, but I like regular burgers better. Buffaloe's a little tough and dry for my taste.

I think they are just fine. A little drier (less fatty) than beef burgers, but a slice of cheese or a schmear of dressing or mayo fixes that right up. It makes good meat loaf, spaghetti sauce, stuffed peppers, sloppy joes, etc, too.

I was just in Canada on my honeymoon and tried one when we went to eat one night. It was pretty good! The meat was tasty, very lean. They put this sweet BBQ sauce on it, and it was really good. Definitely a great experience!

yes, and i liked it better than hamburger! i was a little shocked, at first i thought i was eating hamburger, but it really tast great. a friend had made them at a cookout. and yes, i would eat it again.:)
