Basically, who is in charge of Hell?

God cast the fallen angel, Satan into Hell as punishment. If Satan is in charge is that really punishment?
The Bible says "the worm never dies".
Satan is being punished the same as anyone else who God sends to heaven, NO?
Doesn't that make God ultimately in charge but has made it a self running place?

A fallen Angel who was the most beautiful one of all whom got a big head and wanted more power/ wanted to be in charge of more. He's a trickster and a joker of the worst kind lol his name is now Satan but used to be Lusifer.

Hell is a symbolic place where the devil will be sent to as the bible states, humans have taken this bit to conceive hell for when we ourselves die and cannot pass through the pearly gate to heaven. I am an Atheist, so HELL in reality does not exist, its all in an individuals mind.

Your mind is in hell if you do not understand that you are free from the law.
There is no more sin or trying to please Him through your works.
Thus there is no need for hell.
