Put a pinch of salt in your mouth. It is a sodium deficiency. I get them every so often. It will quit in about 8 hours.

I have gone through this problem too.
I went to the drug store and bought an eye patch.
I would wear it whenever it started twitching until it stopped.
After about nine months the problem went away.

I think it's just your blood going a little fast through your eyebrow. I have that with my eye. Do you have high blood pressure?

its annoying, huh. just lay down and close your eyes. dont fight the twitch. it will go away on its own. if you fight it, then it will stay longer. just close your eyes and relax. take deep breaths. and if you can, fall asleep. if not lay their untell it goes away. it shouldnt take too long, less than 3 hours. as i said, just take a nap.
