he's saying that you would look like some girl in porn. It seems that to him a summer dress is slutty because that's what girls wear in porn movies. For him a sexy girl wearing a summer dress is a turn off.

the dress might be a little slutty... or you may look like a slut in it. i dont think he meant it in a bad way. maybe just to warn you in case you did try it on...
