While most people agree that it 1)is physically impossible to do so and 2)your body's protection from your eyeballs popping out, I personally disagree. The answer to your questions is: Absolutely nothing. I know this because I have sneezed with my eyes open. No, it wasn't comfotable and it took an incredible amount of restraint and concentration, but it is possible and I assure you, my eyes are exactly where they where before I sneezed. Where there is a will, there is a way.

The only thing that would happen is that you sneezed with your eyes open.

Nothing special. Hold your eyes open with your fingers next time and see for yourself.

your eyes would probably water a lot. it is a good question though. maybe your eyes would pop out due to pressure.

I've always been told it's not possible. It's a reflex thing... but I imagine it would hurt.
