That's a good question because I really don't think you can ever just die of old age. You are always dying of something! Yes, it might happen because you're old (heart attack, stroke, diabetes) but it is still a reason other than old age. And young people can die of all those things too.
I guess my answer is you cannot die of old age alone.

people with the condition known as progeria age rapidly and rarely live to 20, many have arthritis by 10 and die of old age in their teens
