Make friends with him, and talk to him often. The best way to get to know someone is to be friends first. Be honest and sincere, be yourself and let him get to know you, and then he will see you, the whole person with body, mind and soul, instead of just another body. Your spirit is part of you and can be very attractive, your energy could be attractive, its not always clothes and makeup that attracts. This will also give you a chance to see if you really like him or not. You have to decide if you like his body, mind, soul and spirit as well. It will be interesting to see if you are attracted to him after all of this.

Hold the eye contact longer when you guys meet eyes. Just long enough to feel a little uncomfortable. If he returns eye contact again later than more than likely he likes you. Also go ask what time it is. If he comments on more than the time then he is interested in talking to you.
