You are going to find nothing really works...tea is used as a dye in some countries. Try going to WalMart and buying fabric dye,put some powder with a little bit of water directly on the spot(kinda like a paste) and then follow the instructions for dying the shirt that's on the package. The only problem is that the white dye disappears off the shelf pretty quick...but it is less then $5.00. (you know, this only happens to your favorite clothes!)Good luck!

i'm assuming you are trying to say cotton correct?

if you are, try oxy, bleach, or pour peroxide straight on the stain.
