Defenitely not, a frag grenade only use contained force to fragmentize things. But an HE (high explosive) grenade can burn.

Yes if there was an accelerator there such as gasoline or propane. Some of the insurgents over in Iraq are combining fragmentary ordinance with gasoline to create fire ball explosions that will burn as well as frag.
For those above who said no... sometimes you need to think outside the box.

No , as stockholm stated they emit frags you would need a WP (white phosphorus) or equivelant grenade
