Yo, they let you rent a car, but you have to pay more money.
My girlfriend rented a car just now in Cali, from enterprise, for i think 15 dollars more a day because she is under 25, i think avis charges 20, but they'll let you rent a car. just check with the car rental place to see how much they charge extra for being under 25.

Not all rental agencies require the driver to be 25. Agencies that do rent cars to people under 25 usually charge up to an extra $20 a day.

No, you must be the age of 25 in order to rent a vehicle according to most insurance policies the rental car dealerships have. You also have to have a valid credit card with a limit of 300 or more dollars.

Most of the rental places who rent to under 25 year old are independent companies. I just was in Hollywood for a party and remembered seeing a sign that says "we went to 18 and over".
You should try to google "car rental", "Los Angeles" and call them to see if they rent to under 25... but prepare to pay more!
Here's some places that WILL rent to you

Or call:
Atwest Rent A Car - (310) 417-9050 - 5777 W Century Blvd, Los Angeles, CA
Ariana Rent-A-Car - (310) 338-7282 - 6201 W 87th St, Los Angeles, CA

There are some places you can rent under 25 (or at least there used to be!), but they charge you more. I'd check with Enterprise first, which is where I think I rented back in the day...

Unfortunatly You have to be atleast 21 to rent a car and even then you have to pay extra for insurance coverage until you turn 25. I had the same problem a few years ago. Sorry :( Good Luck!!

I believe Enterprise rent a car allows you to rent even if you are not 25 years old.

First became the different driver arrested for operating with out a license, and became the vehicle towed? regularly your coverage will conceal the wear and sue the different for fix. This different driver has also spread out a civil action which will nicely be pursued through you. contact your coverage, and the police. you should be in a position to hunt both punitive and compensatory damages adverse to the different driver.

I doubt it. Most rental agencies require that you are at least 25. At least in the Midwest, anyway. Sorry!
