Ladies, I know many christian men who truly love the Lord and they try to live a life of a godly man. Now this don't mean they cross every t or dot every i. Many of them are down to earth, humble, professional and well balance. I was at a men's fellowship breakfast and the topic was about Men in the Church. One of the things that was talked about was that women like men outside of the church more than men that are saved and trying to live right. Ladies how do you feel about this topic? Please share.

I think you are a very brilliant man. You know that with out God things won't succeed. Women do love men like this. but usually they are already married.

men who don't put the lord first in there life are not as "appealing" to women. I mean most women (myself included) like maybe the bad boy type. also if the women isn't into the lord as much as the man, the women may feel like they are the bad one and may be intimidated with it. I respect men who put god first because I do, but I am more attracted to men outside of the church. Its not right, its probably just a human nature, mental thing. But who is more important god or a woman! GOD!!!!!!!!!!!

I disagree 100% i cannot see my self with a secular man. the most beautiful thing is knowing that he loves god as much as I do and being able to share this passion is so beautiful. christian women and men are totally different from people out in the world . all we share is this planet nuthing else. they will never understand our emotions, how we feel, they will never understand the way we think. If your down you dont want someone who will go down with you , you need someone who is strong in the lord like you are to uplift you and help you find the strength to get through your trial . Thats a huge mistake women now a days make they go for the " bad boys" for this wordly thrill but kowing that their better off with a christian man. I was hearing a preaching and what i learned was that if someone makes you sin against god, and makes you do things you know are wrong in gods eyes and takes you away from god, leading you astray they dont truely love you . value you or respect you.

Saved? The only thing I don't like about this Chritian religions is that they all think their saved, perfect, and could do no wrong. I have never met a perfect person.
As far as the question goes, No i love a man that will put god first and I give him credit for doing so. I love god and respect him. Wthout him I would be lost.
What's the deal with this question? Did you have a bad experience and now your trying to figure out who's to blame?
Never thought I'd see a question like this. Many people have difficuties dealling with god, many don't even beliave in god.
I am frightened by the fact that so many of us are not as devoted to god as we should be.

There are allot of women who like bad boys/thugs but there are also a significant amount of women who love and want a God fearing man of the cross. I feel that this is a good topic we need an understanding to why some women prefer to be with so called bad boys when they know they don't live right(righteous).

A man who puts God first is a man who will be a good example for his children, and that's important to ladies in seeking a good man.

The problem is not that the ladies you are interested are not interested in you: you are looking at ladies who are not interested in the hereafter. Why do you good Christian men only go for supermodel ladies to date? If you want a woman who will be faithful to you, start looking at the real women, and not the Gucci girls.

I think that's great, but I wouldn't date them.
I'm not religious, and I think it would be asking for heartbreak on both sides, as soon as it comes to sex or issues like how to raise the children (this second one's the important one to me).
But for someone from the same faith, they would be a treasure.
