Name one event similar to the christians crusades, inquistion and salem witch trials that inovolved atheists doing the persecuting. And no, Stalin and Mao Tse Tung don't count. The crusades, inquistion and salem witch trials were all justified using there religion, and contrary to the lies of christians trying to make atheists look bad, Stalin and Mao Tse Tung didnt justify their actions in the name of Atheism but as part of a political agenda. So explain to my audience an event where atheists had a huge persecution event like the christians had.

Sean there you go again acting like your so persecuted. The christians were persecuted under nero because they were railing against the government not because they were christians so get over your persecution complex

I don't quite understand the point of your question. Is it that since the Christians instigated the crusades in the 11th century, the inquisition in the 15th century, and the salem witch trials in the 17th century, that Atheists are better people in the 21st century? And no, I don't think that there was a huge persecution event prior to Mao Tse Tung and Stalin because it just wasn't a very popular belief. It wasn't widespread until communism.

The obvious answer that you are looking for is the French Revolution. A bunch of atheists overthrew the government and tried to expunge Christianity from French society, even going so far as to change the names of holidays, months, and other such occasions. The actions were purely justified in the name of Atheism.
(btw you should read your Marxism/Leninism. I also have modern college level text books (secular written) that state that the actions to destroy Christianity in Russia was undertaken in the name of Atheism).

The people that were murdered in the Inquistion and the Salem Trials were not atheists and most of them were not witches. But to answer your Q there are not any that I can think of:)

During the times of the Roman Empire their were many emporers who perscuted christians for their beliefs, one who was worse than the others was Nero, read about it. There are history books you know. If Hitler was a christian then Pope John Paul III was an athiest.

With this being pregnant earlier my era became due i felt warm, irriated, crampy, sore boobs, each little thing smelled negative. All being pregnant are differnt inspite of if a women is having no signs and indicators and a era is previous due that is desirable to attempt.

Jesus was about grace and peace. Religion is about manipulation and fear and money and power.
Unfortunately they manipulated the message to their liking. I believe Constantine decided what to keep for writings and had the rest burned.
Church cannot get passed the fear and see the true message.

There is no question that many things that were in actuality atrocities were committed in the name of Christianity.
But what exactly is your point since any honest Christian knows that.

the ideology of naziism was that of god on earth in the form of the fuhrer, only the vestigial name of catholicism hung on, Mein Kampf replaced bibles in german homes
