No not really, only if they have enough money to buy stuff for their cars. With myself, I can't afford something better than what I have, so you wouldn't be able to truly see how my personality is.

if the person makes a good salary, yes personality affects their vehicle

but if they make a low income, they buy whatever car they can afford
