Great turkey burger, from certifiedchefs.com

INGREDIENTS:
3 pounds ground turkey
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely diced onion
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 Cup Diana Sauce
1 tsp KEENS Dry Mustard
1/2 tsp Franks Red Hot Sause
1/4 tsp Worchestire Sauce

DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, seasoned bread crumbs, onion, egg whites, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper and all other ingrediants.
Form into 12 patties.
Cook the patties in a medium skillet over medium heat, turning once, to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F (85 degrees C).

girl buy those turkey burgers that come frozen in the box, toss some seasoning salt on it and throw it in a pan. It only takes a few minutes. Enjoy! I love turkey burgers.

Grilled turkey with your favorite seasoning, some roquette leaves or normal lettuce, two slices of tomato, mayo on the bun and a little gravy drizzled on the turkey if you have it. Two slices of brie or camembert and cranberry jelly on the other bun. mmmmmmm

a little Lawry's seasoning, some garlic powder, and some pepper...grill it on the George Foreman, or fry it. Put some cheese on it, and whatever else you like on ur burgers
