I can see the water in small puddles under the screen and the plastic part. Now the channels keep rotating, 3-4-5-6-7-8-...etc, and won't stop. I cannot turn the TV off, it will not respond to any buttons. Help! Do you think it will go back to normal when all the water dries?

First: Beat your child.

Second: You could try a hairdrier to get rid of the water.

Third: If your TV still doesnt work then you could 1: return it if you still have a warranty. 2: don't tell anyone that it is broken, find someone with a nice TV but not one that is better than the broken was, trade them. or 3: if your warranty has expired, or your not mean enough to try the second, you could either buy a new TV yourself, or make your child work it off. (If it was a crap TV just buy a new one.)

PULL the plug. It should dry out on it's own. But don't turn it or any other TV in the house on for a week, the water seems to have broken ALL of them. (must be a cable thing).

Don't beat the kid. Call Child and Family Services and give him/her up. YOU WILL BE FREE

You'll just have to dry it up as much as you possibly can and let it set for a day or so. Then see if it works. Not good when water and electrical things mix up.

nope it wont go back to normal, so the best thing to do is to return it if u have a warranty and if u dont u should unplug it and get it fixed.
