This would depend entirely on the church, or denomination that you belong to and also on where you are from.

Are you wanting to become a minister, or just to marry people? In may states you do not have to be ordained to marry people, some states allow Notarys to perform weddings, or they have Justice of the Peace who do civil weddings without having to be ordained.

If you are wanting to become ordained, the best advice that I can give you as an Archbishop myself, is to speak to your pastor, he can guide you in the proper direction.

First find a good four year college. Then do an internship with a pastor for two years then get licensed for two years then after that you get ordained. Once you are ordained you can do marriages anywhere you like.
