Yes...I have used AVG and Avast and they seem to work fairly well

I do on my computer and set it up on my mother's. It works fine but I also use EZ Trust anti-virus for Windows XP and it has been the best so far. No anti-virus catches everything so a good ideal is to use 2 or 3. Trend PCcillian is good too.

I've used AVG on many computers. It's a great program.

Also try the following free programs to help you make your computer even more secure!

(Firefox Browser, ZoneAlarm Free Firewall, Adaware, Windows Update)

why cuz u have one, the only thing u need to do is fiqure out how to get rid of it by bolcking pops up that's what cause Avg virus

I use the AVG Server edition. Works great and have not had any issues (knock on wood) :-)

ya i do use the avg anty viruse free edition ...
it is .. good and awsom... but it is good for finding trogen ... i prefer to ... use another antiviruse... simultaniously..

I use it on one of my computers. I don't know if its any good because its never caught any viruses and i've had two since i installed it.
