Salad with tuna, tomatoes, and a vinagrett dressing for lunch or dinner. For breakfast try an eggwhite omlett with light cheddar, american, or even swiss cheese and maybe a few of your favorite vegetables followed by a cup of coffe with milk and a packet of equal. Avoid the fruit juices, bagles, muffins, or Nutrigrain bars. Too much sugar, and the juices have no fiber, which is the most important part of the fruit.

Lunch- fresh veggies, yogurt, whole wheat bread with Low fat ham or turkey. Glass of Milk

Dinner:I just grabbed some potatoes, washed and stabbed, cooked in the microwave.
Defrosted shrimp, and then sauted in garlic Pam.
Used veggie tray that I always keep in freezer.

Start to table about 15 minutes.

Snack- a container of yogurt, some milk and frozen fruit - great smoothie.

You got a 3 servings of milk, veggies and fruit. Lowfat protein and high fiber cereal and milk.

Chicken Ceasar Salad

Grill the chicken while you cut lettuce and make dressing, or for the super fast and more expensive way (less healthy, too) buy a bag of Ceasar salad mix and some prepackaged grilled chicken.

I like to take boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut them into strips, season with Mrs. Dash and cook them on the George Foreman Grill.

Then I cut them into bite-sized chunks and put them on top of a huge salad that has fresh greens, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, celery, red onion and just a bit of sharp cheddar cheese!

Top with a fat free/sugar free dressing and it's wonderful!
