Here's a couple of good sites for homemade dog biscuits:

About.com is a good place to start with a whole mish-mash of dog biscuit recipes.

Gourmet Sleuth has every kind of dog biscuit from basic to vegan recipes for the health-conscious dog owner.

If you have kids, then they'll enjoy making these dog biscuits at Easy Kids Recipes.

And, last but not least, my favorite place to go is allrecipes.com. Allrecipes also happens to be a trusted and popular source for recipes online.

well i cant remember the quantities of each ingredient, but it consists of; corn meal or cream of wheat, powdered milk and gerber baby meats(in the small jars) basically you mix these ingredients together until they form a cookie dough consistency then use a teaspoon to dollop little cookies on a pregreased cookie sheet and bake until just slightly brown. this doggie cookie must be refridgerated between treats. our dog loved these. maybe you can experiment with the quantities. cup of corn meal, 1/2 cup powdered milk and 1-2 jars of meat, something like that.
if i remember correctly i think these are semi soft(not hard and crispy so if anyone needs to give pooch a pill or medication then you could probably shove the pill in the middle and it'll be gone in a gulp( probably without chewing if they are like our dog)
