Yes we need to study our bible to show ourselves approved before God.
Jesus whipped Satan with bible scriptures. We can also whip Satan with bible scriptures. But beware, Satan knows those scriptures better than any mortal.

I stand strong in the Lord knowing facts and truths. The Bible has the number one most accurate manuscripts ever found.... etc. Read my other Q's and A's ... go to Leestrobel.com to find out more... We should be able to feel strong and secure in the Lord. and yes.. you should read the Bible every time you get a chance.

Reading the Bible is good, no doubt... but I think the best way is to have some really nasty crap dumped into your world and see if you can hold on to faith then. Anyone can praise God and believe He loves them and is walking with them when things are going well.... but let a Dr tell you that you are terminal... or that your baby just died... or let someone tell you someone is hurting a family member very badly... THEN you see how strong you can stand.
Been there... done that... and Im still standing :)

Can you stand strong in God? hmmmm. Sure read the Bible everyday. That's a good start. Talk about God with others. Better. Respect and value your neighbor. You should stand strong, absolutely, but do not turn to worshiping idols above your Lord (if hte bible is taken as the actual word of God, that is idolatry, the bible is inspired words by people of that time). Love GOD with all your heart... the bible is just a good teaching instrument but not to be taken as the word of God.

rockingdude, reading bible everyday or 10 times a day will make no difference, until u practice, the principles of humanity. If u practice the principles of humanity, u will attain godliness and be like Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, Sai, Nanak, and so on. Ten if u do not read bible it is ok, as u will be the bible ur self.

If god were real, you wouldn't need to take such a stand. We would all believe.
Reading the Bible tends to polarize you toward either stronger belief of toward disbelief, depending on what parts you read.

You are God. Get over it. Whether the bible is true or not, the message is clear - Trying to follow the law to gain favor with God will only gain you spiritual death, we are all sons of God, all are righteous, all are equal.
