Actions sometimes speak louder than words.
Show it in the way you hold them, touch them, give them big wonderful hugs and kisses. You can also see it in the way you look at them. Back massages, rubbing feet work too. Cuddling during a movie.
Also, cooking a really good dinner for someone, taking time to prepare and serve it.
Writing a love note and sticking it in their pocket for them to find when they are at work.
Being there for them when they are sad/sick/upset.
There are a million ways to show someone you love and care about them. Be creative!

Thats easy start off as friends and flirt with him/her
complemnet him/her go to movies as friends with him/her talk to him/her the list gose on and on be your self is the biggest though.
