well i really like this guy and we made out and stuff but when i asked him if we were going out he didnt say anything so i dont know if we are or not. I mean all his cusins think we are and so do his friends but im not sure if we really are or not.

Probably means he doesnt want to have a label. Have one of your friends ask him in front of you and see what he says.

HE has to tell u if u guys are going out. It may appear u are to others, but if the one u'd like to date and are doing things with thinks it's just FWB, then that's all it is. It's both of u who have to decide what the relationship is, not what others think they see. If he's being all quiet and stuff when u ask him if ur dating, then my guess is, the answer is no, ur not dating, but he doesn't want to be an ******, I mean, y'all make out and stuff, and he probably thinks that u only did that because u thought u guys were dating, and that if u found out otherwise, u'd stop. If u like whats going on, continue, but if not, just tell him that u want more of a commitment before this kinda thing continues, and if he's unwilling to do that right then...u need to figure out how long ur willing to be an FWB, and then if he's still not ready when u've had enough....say thanks for nothing and leave.

You are not in a relationship just because everybody say so. Obviously the guy is not thinking you are his cup of tea so far. That is why he keeps silence and still going out with you in the same time. He is trying to keep you and looking for other choice meanwhile.If you really like him, keep trying, spend more time with him. Otherwise, just go away.

you have to discuss with him about that and you have to be persistent until you find out, you shouldn"t stop on his silence and if he after long discuss don"t give you an answer you should tell him that you wona date with him or interrupt any conection.it"s better to be free than to be in wrileyssinship like that
