It wasn't about being bare with Eve. It had to do with his courting with God. earlier he ate from the tree of the information of excellent and undesirable, Adam had a good courting with God. The prompt effect of their disobeying God’s regulation concerning the forbidden fruit became that both of them “went into hiding from the face of God.” Why did they try this? Adam confessed: “i became afraid because i became bare and so I hid myself.” (Genesis 3:8-10) Adam’s courting with his heavenly Father and his view of himself had replaced. He became ashamed and now no longer felt smooth in God’s presence.

I'm sorry but that was NOT funny..and in the bible it says they were naked...when they ate from the good or bad tree they noticed they didn't have any clothing on!!
